Welcome to StokedWorks. By using our website and placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've written these to be as straightforward as possible because nobody should need a law degree to understand what they're agreeing to.

Who We Are

StokedWorks (operating as StokedWorks Outfitters Inc.) is a Victoria, BC-based brand that handcrafts products from retired climbing rope. Our goal is to keep good materials out of landfills and turn them into gear worth carrying.

Our Products

Everything we make is handcrafted from retired climbing rope, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Colors, textures, and patterns will vary between items. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but your piece will be one of a kind.

We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue products, or make changes to our lineup at any time.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're confirming that the information you've provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you've selected. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods made available through our checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, and if that happens, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Shipping

We ship across Canada and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, we're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always do our best to help track down a lost package.

Returns

Our full return policy lives on our Returns page, but the short version is: 30 days for any reason, and after that, just reach out and we'll have a conversation. Email us at info@stokedworks.com.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, including our photos, brand assets, copy, and product designs, belongs to StokedWorks Outfitters Inc. Please don't reproduce or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make products that hold up. That said, StokedWorks is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
