Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll accept returns for any reason, no questions asked. Whether it's a defect, a sizing issue, or just not what you expected, reach out to us at info@stokedworks.com and we'll sort it out.

After 30 days, we're still happy to hear from you. Every piece we make is handcrafted from retired climbing rope, and we take quality seriously. If something's not holding up the way it should, send us an email and we'll figure out the best path forward together.

A few things to note:

• Items must be in their original condition for a full refund
• We'll cover return shipping on defective items
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return
